We offer direct support and care to families who have children and young people with disabilities or complex medical needs. Through regular monthly sponsorship we are able to ensure each families needs are being met through an individualised care plan, which may include medical care, therapeutic interventions, education, access to safe and accessible housing, nutritional support, etc.
